We will guarantee the systems we have installed in your home will heat or cool as we have stated. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved, we will replace the system at no charge within the first year.
We guarantee the equipment we install will perform to your satisfaction. If it doesn't, we'll remove it and return all of your investment within the first year.
All property such as lawns, shrubbery,furniture,walls and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be repair or replaced. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used on all work and traffic areas.
We offer our clients annual or semi annual maintenance on your equipment at drastically reduced prices or even free depending on level of service plan.
All appointments are scheduled at your convenience, so you never have to wait around the house all day for a service person to show up.
